If you have served at least one day of active military duty since December 7, 1941 and were honorably discharged or you are still serving active military duty honorably, you are eligible for membership with The American Legion.  If you wish to apply, please complete the below form.  Required fields are marked with an asterisk.  The application must be accompanied with a copy of your form DD-214 to verify eligibility for membership and a payment of $55.00 to cover your first year's dues.
