Celebrating Excellence: Dena Taylor Wins First Place at the National Veterans Creative Arts Festival!

 

We are beyond proud to share that our very own Dena Taylor has achieved an extraordinary honor—first place in the prestigious National Veterans Creative Arts Festival! This year’s competition saw over 6,500 entries from nearly 4,000 Veterans across 116 VA facilities, making her victory even more remarkable.

Dena’s exceptional singing talent, dedication, and creativity have earned her this well-deserved recognition, and we are thrilled to announce that she will proudly represent Post 213 and the entire Kyle/Buda community at the national festival in Indianapolis, Indiana, from May 11-18, 2025.

This accomplishment is a true testament to Dena’s passion, hard work, and artistic brilliance. We couldn’t be more proud—congratulations, Dena!
